Miao Hai

Miao Hai is a Swiss meditation practitioner and the founder of the World Meditation Foundation, dedicated to integrating Southern and Northern transmission with Eastern and Western meditation practices. He embodies the philosophy of "dual environmental protection for both the mind and ecology." Miao Hai has visited key meditation centers for Northern Zen and Southern Vipassana meditation, engaging in deep practice. He has achieved recognition as the 40th lineage holder of the Caodong school from the Shaolin Temple, the 1st patriarchy temple of Zen Buddhism, as well as the 78th lineage holder of the Buddha's teachings in the Korean Joryge Order.

 

As an advocate and practitioner of sustainable development initiatives for global ecological monasteries, Miaohai has held significant positions in publicly listed companies in Europe and the United States, including Oerlikon and Trinasolar. In these roles, he has served as Managing Director, President for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, and Global Vice President. He is a key proponent of the vision to make flat-panel displays affordable for everyone and to promote "affordable electricity" within the photovoltaic solar energy sector.

 

Miaohai earned his doctorate from ETH Zurich, received practical business management training from IMD in Lausanne, and obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China. Passionate about sports, he enjoys tennis and skiing and was instrumental in establishing the first tennis association in Chinese universities, as well as the "Chinese Knot" choir in Zurich.

 

 

Zhaoyang SUN

Meditator and the Global VP and China General Manager of a global leading AI powered business management platform for digital transformation. Previously, he served as VP of the Global Transformation Office at Marelli, leading corporate transformations in China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia. With extensive experience in supply chain transformation, he has worked in management consulting at Accenture, Roland Berger, and PwC, as well as in operations group with Baring Private Equity Asia (now EQT Asia), one of Asia's largest USD private equity firms.

 

Mr. Sun has led notable projects, including Tsingtao Brewery’s supply chain integration, Tencent’s procurement system design, and Li Auto’s digital transformation of integrated supply chain. As an invited speaker at the 2024 World Economic Forum’s Summer Davos, Mr. Sun has provided guidance and presentations on future-oriented supply chains, digital transformation, and ESG integration for numerous leading global companies. His work has been highlighted on China Global Television Network (CGTN).

 

Mr. Sun is also the primary author and editor of The Blue Book of China’s New Energy Logistics Vehicles (2018 and 2019 editions), contributing to the advancement of China’s new energy automotive industry and sustainable development. Additionally, he serves as an industry mentor with the MIT Global SCALE Network.

 

Mr. Sun holds a Master of Science degree from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Wuhan University of Technology in China.

 

 

Lan LU

A meditator, executive coach, and practitioner dedicated to enhancing and developing managers' leadership skills through meditation.

 

She previously served as the Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region at SPX Corporation in the United States and held leadership roles in several global Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Eaton. With over 20 years of cross-cultural management experience and 10 years of expertise in educational training, she has cultivated a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership.

 

Ms. Lan Lu specializes in building organizational capabilities, integrating human resource strategies, and advancing leadership development. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Shanghai Normal University.

 

As a co-author, she contributed to the book Creating Excellence - The First Executive Coaching Book for Leaders, offering valuable insights and practical guidance for leaders. Passionate about empowering managers, Ms. Lan is committed to helping them ignite their inner wisdom, guiding both their personal growth and the success of their organizations.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Ms. Lan actively initiates and participates in philanthropic projects aimed at supporting educational development in underprivileged areas of China, giving back to society through meaningful actions.

 

 

Chao CUI

Chao currently serves as the Vice Chairwoman of Weihe New Energy, the Chairwoman and General Manager of Suzhou Chengfeng Special Trade Co., Ltd., and an advisor for Shanghai Juhe Materials Co., Ltd. She previously held the position of CEO at Shandong Phoenix New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 company Weiqiao Pioneering, which specializes in the annual production of 300,000 tons of solar aluminum alloy frames. It is the first domestic company to achieve integrated production in the frame manufacturing industry.

 

Chao played a key role in the creation of the 6063T aluminum rod, with the produced frames achieving a hardness greater than 17. She also set an industry benchmark with an extrusion speed of 21 meters per minute for frames.

 

In her spare time, Chao enjoys calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting, reflecting her passion for classical art.

 

 

Liang LI

Liang is one of the first university students in China after the resumption of the college entrance examination. He worked in national government agencies for ten years and was awarded the Top Ten Youth Award. He also received national recognition for his support of educational initiatives in remote areas. After resigning from his public position, he ventured into business and was recognized as one of the Top Ten News Figures in his industry.

 

In the past decade, he has focused primarily on public welfare and charity work, serving as the Executive Director of a well-known national public welfare project (Happiness Project), where he pioneered the concept and model of the "Public Welfare Ecological Circle."

 

He has ten years of study in Buddhist teachings and three years of meditation practice.

 

 

Fang LI

Fang is currently the General Manager of Shanghai Chuanxin Cultural Development Co., Ltd., as well as partner at Chuanghehui Education Technology Group, the initiator of the Shanghai World Sinology Research Association, director of the Beautiful Life Alliance at the Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Institute, and expert consultant for the Health Club at Shanghai Maritime University.

 

With ten years of experience at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Continuing Education, she led the New Confucian Business program, organizing hundreds of enriching activities, including meditation retreats, fasting workshops, and study tours. Her efforts have garnered multiple awards for outstanding projects from the university and recognition from thousands of alumni.

 

With sixteen years of experience as a humanities educator, Li Fang is committed to integrating humanistic values with business practices. She aims to inspire the goodness within each individual, ultimately working towards making the world a better place.

 

 

Xiaofei YU

ABC - Always Be Connecting is Fei's motto, reflecting her passion for connecting talent with organizations and helping companies find the right people.

 

With 18 years of experience in global C-suite executive search, Fei has worked at top firms like Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry. She currently serves as Managing Director for Europe and the U.S. at Alcott Global, based in Zurich. Previously, she led global talent acquisition for the consulting firm Genioo. Earlier in her career, Fei worked as a client manager at Agricultural Bank of China (Shenzhen/Beijing) and held finance and marketing roles at Zurich-based software company Esmertec.

 

Founder of the “Chinese Executives in Europe” talent pool and host of the "Leaders in Supply Chain" podcast, where she shares insights from industry leaders. Fei is also a part-time singer, event speaker & host, career coach, meditator and wellness advocate.

 

Born in Hainan, raised in Shenzhen, and a resident of Switzerland for 24 years, Fei is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hainan Lingao dialect, English, and German. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's in conflict resolution.
