On March 14th, 2025, Shi Yongxin, the abbot of Shaolin Temple, issued a powerful initiative calling on Shaolin disciples worldwide to "meditate for 15 minutes daily," encouraging them to incorporate meditation into daily life and make it a habit. Today’s fast-paced lifestyle often leads to an overactive and restless mind. Through daily meditation, we can restore inner peace and harmony, even amid life’s busiest moments. Meditation helps align the mind, body, and spirit, fostering self-awareness and enabling us to approach life’s challenges with greater calm, focus, and resilience. Just 15 minutes a day. Whether during the calm of the morning or the serenity of the evening, this brief meditation offers a chance for deep reflection and inner dialogue, helping us nurture ourselves and improve our interactions with others and the world around us.
